Owned and operated by two qualified and experienced teachers, The Learning Safari strives to make everyday an educational adventure for your child in their two years before kindergarten.

We are located in Sherwood Park in the basement of the Good News Moravian Church (2 Primrose Blvd.). We offer both morning and afternoon classes - two days per week for 3-year-olds, and three days per week for 4-year-olds.

Our school curriculum and activities fosters the principle of "learning through play". We feel that a child's social, physical, intellectual and emotional development is stimulated and fostered through opportunities that allow them to explore, experiment and experience their environment. Our programs are planned around a theme-based curriculum and we use components such as literature, learning centers, music, crafts, art projects, science experiments, Itchy's Alphabet to teach letter/sound recognition and field trips to work on specific skills and build the children's self esteem.
